I had a decent stay at the hotel, highlighted by its great location near the historical center, which made it easy to explore the city. The rooms were nothing special and had a musty smell, but they were functional and the Wi-Fi was appreciated. The customer service was very friendly and helpful, especially when they arranged free Wi-Fi access at a nearby hotel after an issue with ours. Overall, it offered good value for the price, although some areas could use improvements.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the positive side, the location was excellent, making it really easy to explore the historic center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the room had a musty smell, and I had to crank the air conditioning, which wasn’t ideal. Overall, while I appreciated aspects of my stay, I think they could improve further.
